I have had these for a while but never got to finish a VW project I had. So they are in my garage taking up space.. a little shampoo and they are good. Came out of an 87 gti but I'm sure they fit many other V'dubs

87 didn't have the nasty door belt system, B-pillar instead. From the fabric its possible they came out of an A3 GTi, also. I'm leaning towards A3, from the location of the Slide levers. In A2's it was more centered.

 

Its out of an 1987 MK2 GTi .... I was told this by the actual owner of the car they came out of
the car it came out of looked just like this :
