Default Subaru buy back deal!

My 2004 WRX is a POS! does anyone know if Subaru or any local dealers are offering the buy back program that I have heard so much about?? I wouldn't mind a 2005 WRX or STi.

There are only minor differences in a 04 and 05... why is it a POS?

Have you notified Subaru of this problem or just the dealer? I'm just asking because if your car spends another 8 days in the shop then legally they have to replace it under the Lemon Law. You must give them one formal notice of this (I'd get it in writing) after 15 days in the shop and allow them to inspect it first though. I'd cover my bases by doing this if I were you.
