Tial FTW! Or maybe 2 Worx BOVs

I got mine for $220 with a mild steel flange and a 9lb spring. I traded the 9lb for an 11lb since I'm going to be running the APS BOV with the Tial. My friend got his at Automotive Engineering for $200 with an aluminum flange.

You're going to need the 9lb spring cuz the 7lb will open at idle and since you have a MAF that wont work.

As long as you dont have more than 9psi of pressure drop between the IC pipe and the intake manifold There should only be like 1-3psi drop. 28psi at the manifold is about 30psi in the IC pipe by the throttle. So you'll have about 30psi on the bottom and 37psi on top.

Nope, you could either cut off your flange or add the Tial with the Worx. Since it has a 50mm piston it wouldnt work as well if it was a bolt on cuz the stock hole isnt 50mm.

Adding the Tial might be a better idea since you can fully recirculate the Worx and vent the Tial. The car may run better than it would if you had just the Tial.

What happens when the wheel "stalls" that would cause the seals to go, other than thrust bearing failure?
It may not have a thrust bearing, but the pressure waves can cause damage to the compressor wheel, which can unbalance the shaft and wear out the seals.
