Vic, you are the only Concours CEO mentioning Tampa's Super Bowl this weekend
That cigar looks like one of the rare collectibles only available to entrants
of The Cigar City Concours d'Elegance. I cannot make out the cigar band.
The background is Tampa Stadium....I recognize it from when I was on Dale Mabry
a few days ago.

Had an excellent meeting a Tampa Bay Downs this afternoon with respect to the third annual Cigar City Concours d’Elegance taking place on November 13 & 14,2021. We will be expanding the area where we stage the Concours d’Elegance as well as the number of days for the event(s). Saturday, Nov.13th will be the presentation of Cigars & Cars and Sunday, Nov. 14th will be the third annual Cigar City Concours d’Elegance. We will be setting up the fields on Friday, Nov. 12th. As a result of the expansion, we will be needing additional volunteers for the three days. If you and/or your club or organization would like to be a part of the Cigar City Concours d’Elegance, email: Info@CigarCityConcours.com. We will contact you and provide all the information with respect to volunteering. The two prerequisites are, you must be at least eighteen years of age and have a valid drivers license. Thanks in advance for your interest in becoming part of Tampa Bay’s Premier Concours d’Elegance.
