Simply put i was sold a car with a "working a/c" system and "no rust".Car has rust which is my fault for not noticing since it bubbled up over time and the a/c system is a wiring nightmare.Heres the pm's trying to resolve the issue.

Hey Oscar , the ac needed to be charged , I believe that's what i told you, the relays for the ac was wired in the swap. Just never had a chance to charge it, if its not fully charged the compressor wont kick on because there is a sensor that reads a certain amount of pressure , if thats not present you wont get ac, also I remember you telling me you were going aem if so your ac will need to be tuned aswell, there are a lot of variables if you still have problems give me a call .
Your just starting to use the air after so long?, anyways hope that helps lmk.
Just starting messing with it and charging it isnt working.Looks like it has a leak.....
I'm sure you have access to those ac machines at toyota that you vacuum out the system and it holds a vacuum and if it does not it means there is a leak then, you use the dye & pressurize the system to see where it coming from.
If there is a leak its probably gonna be on the drivers side where i had to route the intercooler piping , some lines i had to manipulate to get the piping in there, they carry some o-ring seals on some of the connections look for the leak there first, the o-rings you can get at auto zone in a pack for cheap if you don't wanna go dealer route. it should be something very simple.
let me know what happens.
