If you look and listen to the video you'll notice that it was loosing traction and spinning.You can almost see that the car started tracking towards the center lane when he got on it.That car if they get traction for it looks like it could do some low ten's or even nine's.I wouldn't pay much attention to the mph he let off before the end.
