Hey the dude in the white shirt fucked up. First of all if your going to put your hands on someone you better do it right the first time. The guy in the white shirt should of just called the cops. Second he took his eyes of him knowing that the skate punk has a skate board in his hands ready to swing it. I think he was alright just saw stars for a while

Those 10-20 people around there were probably all his ass pals. My dad always told me not to start a fight I couldn't win. I think I'd pass on me unarmed versus jackass with skateboard and friends. If I had been out with the guys, that's a different story. With all those witnesses and video, I hope he likes his time in jail!

You can't really say what you would of done. I have been hit with bottles, steel toe boots against my head, chains with locks, etc. When you are in the situation it's different. I'm sure the guy wasn't all there. Look at the way he was walking. He probably thought he was another jackass trying to be cool and didn't actually think he was going to hit him with the trucks (not a little piece of wood). I agree if you were talking about when he raised the board. As soon as someone shows any sign of threatening you it should be over or at least try to get them down before they get you down. I doubt that guy got jail time. That looked like Mexico.
