i kind of had it translated for me.... for those of you who dont know the guy is saying the cops with the big motorcycles need to pick on someone their own size instead of pulling over a little scooter.. so he says on the loud speaker to pick on someone his own size and to stop messing with the scooter and then he get pulled over.. My girlfriends parents are french and they said that its not that big of a deal to them the most he would get was a ticket, because they dont use handcuffs and it takes a little more to go to jail there..... just thought you guys would like to know... still a funny video.
