This clip is from a french TV show called "Morning Live", it aired between 7 and 9 in the morning. In each show, there was a clip like this, where this particular guy ran around with his megaphone and did weird things...like yelling in a small street at 3 in the morning, or sitting himself with the megaphone and dressed like a race car driver in a Focus in a showroom in the middle of Paris; doing weird car noises etc...and then of course yelling again with the megaphone. The thing he yells is always the same, it's the show "motto" Always loads of funč But in this case, he might have exagerated a bit, but it's still funny!
