That's what I was thinking... they run low 13's with the factory level 1 turbo kit and some sticky tires. No?

forgot to mention the fact the longblock, tranny and axles are all 100% stock and have never been removed or taken appart. This car on 91 octane only makes 352whp and 343wt...all those passes were on pump gas

so what its...fast...cheap... 4 doors and kids can afford them...no one built it to compete with the cars it performs like...remeber its a $20k car that isnt very far of the numbers EVO and STI put down....and that speaks for it self....

ya i surely dont have anything against an srt-4. i mean ya its a neon, not really that attractive of a car but damn what a sweet deal for 20g's. easily buildable to 12's for an everyday driver and you can fit 4 bitches in that thing comfertably. overall you cant rag on those things. the only problem is that for some reason the kids with the 94 base model 4 door auto neons think that THEIR neons are fast. thats the worst.

The tires that come from the factory are plenty grippy. My friend pulled a 2.0 60ft with the stock 205 Michilens. Pretty amazing i think. The new '04s should hit around a 13.7-14.0 depending on driver and conditions. Obviously once you start modding, stickier tires are necessary. My friends friend runs around town with drag radials because hes putting to much power down for steet tires :o

Actually the cars are located around Daytona Beach. this guys got 2 SRT-4s pretty modded out. I was gonna get a ride in one when i went up there for the Rolex 24 hours at Daytona, but of course all the damn rain decided to come down
