ALOT? It was an 8 second car!!! What is your understanding of "alot"? That car would smoke most domestics I know.

Agreed they should have not been lined uptogether. I was SOOO glad when "sport compacts" got there own class here (Unless you're running under 13 sec)

That was a trailer car if im was watching correctly. The honda looked a daily driver. You can not compare the two. There is alot of 8sec fwd inports. Look at the NHRA, NDRA...

O.K. I was wrong

The FWD record now sits at the 8.12 ET set by Stephan Papadakis over a year ago. With Papadakis in the Pro RWD class this year, the first seven-second FWD pass is up for grabs and the Bergenholtz brothers are ready with their new Mazda 6. Powered by a 2.1 liter production truck based engine that is expected to develop 1,000 horsepower, the car is scheduled for a debut in the Gainesville, Fla. In addition to Mazda, the team also recently picked up major sponsor Boost Mobile, "a lifestyles-based communication company ...for the youth market".

I dont see the point. Whats wrong with someone wanting to take there car to the track? You have to start somewhere. It's not like he chose to line up against that car. I'm sure when you were 16 years old you had all the money in the world to build an 8 second car.

+1 .. I absolutely agree. My first time to the track net'd me like a 15.1 in my 5.0 a couple years ago ... was embarassing, but a start none the less.

Only reason I agree with people making fun of him is because of the tail lights and the stickaaaRz.
