I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

the whole point of the argument at the end was the mustang crossed the line first but it was on the trailer when it crossed the line.
those guys from smallblockposse dont fuck around....a couple of thier members helped MM&FF out doing an article on street racing in NYC...most of the streets they use hook better than the local tracks...says alot about the street racing scene if you ask me, i mean look how hard those cars hooked when they left the start line... Oh and the article in MM&FF also mentioned that 7 and 8 second 1/4 mile cars at the street races are not a rare occurance...
