If hes limited tp 118(thats what it hits at, the size of your wheels with screw with it a bit, but 118 or 119is what it hits at), get a tune to remove it--tuned ecus form japan sell on ebay all the time. NO point in having a high dollar turbo and no tune to go with it.
The se-r won becuase he was a better racer, lighter, etc.

Both the cars were slow--I counted... it took over 20 seconds to go from probably a 40 mph roll to 140--it shouldnt take that long. Those races were kinda screwy...

Se-r was better of the two. The 240 needs to up the damn boost. The time it took to rev out each gear made it seem like there was hardly any horsepower there. It probably would have ran better on a stock t25. I dont get why people buy stuff like gt2871r's and half ass the rest of thier setup. 1200 dollar turbo and 10 psi--Woo fuckin hoo

heh--oh well. Cool vid anyways. Any more?

up the boost when he is untuned maybe he is having fun with his project not finished yet and why you say those cars are slow? they seemed quick to me and I cut a 1.6 60 foot maybe you need to race them instead of hatin'

not hating--just saying it how it is. Im not saying the se-r is crap nor the 240.
GO back and re-read what I said. I said that the s14 needs a tune for the one reason of being able to eliminate the speed limiter. Its pointless to have that turbo and max out at 118. His air/fuel isnt a problem if he has injectors, and a maf. If he doesnt have those two things, then I stand by what I said. Dont run a high dollar turbo and then half ass the rest of your setup. Let that thing sit in your closet until you have the fuel to run it. Maybe he's just getting bugs worked out..who knows.
Running a 1.6 60 ft is AWESOME. But that has nothing to do with how fast you are, only how hard you launch and hook. Stock evo's can cut a 1.6 60 ft, it doesnt make em fast. Im not knocking your 60 ft..its what i cut too last time I went to the track.
IT doesnt mean that the cars are fast. I guess I should restate what i said in different words. The cars werent that fast for WHAT THEY WERE. The se-r, i admitted, was running pretty damn good for the 9.5 psi it was running. But that 240, having the turbo he had, I expected more.
IM not trying to be a hater. Sorry if a came off hating.
BUT--in response to me racing them...I'm bringing my s14 down next time I come to visit my folks. Ill be happy to line up against ANYONE...im not afraid to lose.

Yeah i think the 240 had a full tank of gas, slipping clutch, rims were too heavy, the passenger had just ate at a buffet, the windows were down, had an oil leak, the driver was on crack/high from smoking weed (must be why he couldnt drive)....anything else or can we just admit that the 240 plain out lost?
