I'm just kind of curious why everone that agrees with the win has around 1-12 posts...Also, I'm assuming both cars are stock. Well, if you look at this realistically it doesn't make any sense. How does an 06 eclipse GT that weighs about 3500lbs, beat a Mustang GT? 06 Eclipse GT Specs

The 06 Eclipse runs a 14.9 stock. Even if the Mustang GT was an automatic it would pull up top. (I'm pretty sure the auto's are good for mid 14's) If it was a manual, from a 15 roll that GT should have walked it pretty bad.

Since he goes to your school, maybe you guys should race again and get it on tape. This time, tape both cars from the outside and have him pop his hood so we can see the motor. (Just to make sure it's an 8cyl) Have him rev it up to. This shouldn't be problem, right? I think it would be cool to see another match up.

Uhhh C&D took the 06 Eclipse to a 14.5 @ 100. Thats stock Mustang GT territory last time I checked.

If it was a GT, the kid needs to learn to drive. If it was a V6, the Eclipse needs to learn to drive cause it shouldve pulled more.

nice kill on the v6 mustang. there is no way possible that mustang was a gt. i have a 350z and a stock mustang v my 350z well it depends on the day. my 350z v 06 eclipse . . . pffft not today, maybe if you were running nos or something. plus i stopped in and drove a 06 6 speed eclipse, its not as fast as my z. good kill on the V-6 mustang though.

u guys think a 260 hp eclipse is slow? regardless of previous years eclipses check the new times for the 06 gt.

EDIT: by the way, i dont give a fuck if it's a v6 mustang or a v8.. in fact i dont really care about either car. That being said, i think the kid talking shit in the passengers seat should be punched in the face just for sounding like a bitch. that is all i have to say.
