ummmm thats believable, a stock mustang would run in the mid 14's. a stock eclipse gt runs mid 14's. real gt.

Alot of people keep saying they beat a 2006 Eclipse GT... how is this when their barely seen on the road? Not too many people are buying them. I've probably seen about 3 or 4 and usually its some older lady or older man driving it having no intentions to race anyone. I can see if a lot of people were saying hey I beat a 1st or 2nd gen eclipse or even a 3rd gen since their more on the road. If Mitsubishi would of came out with their Ralliart edition Eclipse http://www.autoweek.com/files/specia...e/pages/01.htm they would probably be more on the road and willing to race BUT I highly doubt there would be this many people saying they beat it.

from the video I couldn't tell how the hell one would know the exact time to hit the gas -1 on that.
He was at your door and you hit the gas, getting the jump which was funny for how thuggish you and your homboiiii commented on tape -1 on that

I couldn't tell from the video if it was a GT, so I assumed it was a V6 from the beating. Since the Mustang was an auto, he probably left the car in "D" and the car had to downshift, giving the eclipse the hit. You should tell your friend to race you again and have him put it in "1", so he won't fall behind in the beginning. Actually, just race him from a dig. I bet that would be a really good race.

Have you ever raced a 5-speed GT? It's a pretty big difference. A 99-04 A4 GT runs mid 14's, while 5-speeds hit 14.1's and some people have seen 13's. I heard someone got a stock mustang GT to a 13.8. I'm not sure where that was, but it sounds reasonable with the right 60'.

Good race against the GT and nice win. I forgot how much of a difference the A4 Mustang GT's were...
