He just downshifted one too many... obviously that bike didnt have a slipper clutch, so the rear wheel wasnt spinning as fast as it should have been, and thats the wobble that you saw... It wasn't that it was spinning too fast.. but it was just spinning too slow...
as soon as that rear tire caught back up to speed again, he should have been able to recover. His inexperience caused him to panic, and you could see his target fixation to the wall, and boom.. there he was....
