Well to start it off great vids!!! I must say i think i have seen every last one of them and they all are great vids. Green dot 4 you!
Except royce gracie!!! Im just voicing my opinion..........but he is truely the most biggest peice of wanna be MMA SHIT! he doesnt play by the rules , he never lets go untill John McCarthy/Reff breaks it up. Even if the other fighter is tapping out. he will still stay in a submission hold just to cause more pain. Thats not how it goes.
Im glad Sakuraba beat all the Gracie's asses! and I havent been keeping up on him now but I hope Matt Hughes kicks/kicked Royce's ass like the old man he is. Hes just so damned cocky!!! he needs it.
The only skill he has is brazilian jujitsu!! Its called Mixed martial arts not One martial arts!!! There are many fighters that deserve more props then this washed up fighter. He cant even strike?! i mean who doesnt know how to throw a punch???? Its sumthin you lear in Pre-k??!!

not to start a piss fight,

but you dont let go until the ref pulls you apart, if the ref doesnt see it and you get off then it gives the opponent a chance to get back up. you always go until the ref breaks it up



and about the mixed martial arts part, hey Gracie did great with only what he has, if you can win with only that and have a good record then so be it


but i def think there are better all around fighters out there, just giving my .02

graice is going to fuck matt up..i seen the thing and hes been practicing on his stand up plus..graice just stopped fighting in the ufc hes still been fighting every where else but in the ufc..so he aint rusty at all..hes better then what he was..plus ufc they had to fight 3 to 4 fights at a time not 1 when it was first made

 

Not starting a pissing match either. there is an unspoken bond between fighters.
I know this b/c I used to train for MMA while in High school and a lil bit after, you dont wanna ruin the other fighter carrier b/c u wanted to take that arm bar a lil further or leg lock a lil tighter? They tapped ,it was clear as day. In gracies case. POUNDING the mat untill it hurts. now i know sumtimes its not visable? thats really the only time I know in a fight of my own i had to squeez a lil tighter in a side choke. I had ground control with his face twords the ground with me sprawled out on the ground. his right arm was under his body and his left was under mine. I couldnt see. So i thought he wanted to go to sleep. Then I feel a tap on my arm pitt i get up and go to my corner.
But its nothing youd understand since youve never been in anything like that.

 

I have nothing to say about that b/c everyone knows the odds. You cant teach a Ballet dancer how to box?! Its to late in a fighters life to switch styles or even train to stand up when all your life youve been laying on you back. U just cant...
Sakaruba has singal handedly defeated all the gracies and there students that have challenged him. As for Matt? he dominated Sakaruba in 1 , 5min round!?
Matt was a natural......he wrestled in highschool just like me. Knew how to fight b/c he had brothers. 1st fight on an indian reservation he whooped the champs ass!? Then he trained from there.........

i have never wrestled, or done any ground fighting although its what i have wanted to get into


i did kickboxing for 7 years, and that is how i got my plate in my face lol
