yep thats ghost rider alright, hes always doing shit like that. idk why the cop didnt just give up a while ago? we have the ''no chase policy'' in florida, i think anyways if its still in affect.

lol saw that a few weeks ago, at least he was a in a Volvo when he crashed

I've heard that the cops weren't supposed to pursue down here, is that still true? If so, what I have always wanted to do may be easier than I expected...
