sounds like one of those toy cars you pull back to winsd up then let go, also the soundd reminds me of those party toys that you blow and make funny noises. that thing was shaking violently at high rpm's!!!

Sounds like a Nitro R/C car at full throttle.
Oh and like Chris' electric weed-whacker.
I respectfully decline.

VID is weaksauce. i have the comptech stg 1 kit at 4.5 psi on my 07 SI and i make 257 to the wheels with the Eaton M-62. with my stg 2 kit i will see 300 at 8 psi. it doesnt make any sense that he is at 20pounds and seeing those shitty ass numbers. something isnt right.

You also have an 11.5:1 compression ratio to the cobalt's 9.5:1. Youre going to have to pump more psi into anything thats built for boost to get the same numbers as a boosted NA car.

^you are correct. but 20 psi??? if you figure an average of 10 hp is gained per psi of boost on the low side(twin screw or roots), 20 psi adds up to 200hp gained on top of the motor which is no less than 150na. Thats 350 with low psi/hp numbers. i still think that some information is mixed up but maybe i'm just givin the cobalt too much credit

those are kinda wierd numbers, maybe they didnt have a good tuner or they are still using a box tune. Its a small ass blower, but its gotta be flowing at least 500 cfm at 20lbs. Or maybe a very conservative timing table??
