Unless you have a limited slip or locking differential (doubtful on your car) they wont for long if you keep it up. You are wearing the spider gears in your differential and eventually only one tire will spin. By wearing those gears you are putting metal shavings into your tranny fluid. Could lead to diff/tranny problems down the road.

one tire fire ha ha ha , spinnings not cool i had suspension and lsd and still could break em loose at 60 in my hatch and tires are fucking expensive , buying a new front set every two weeks got old quick

yeah i know what you're saying, i dont have a locking diff, not even sure what the hell that is, but im almost positive its limited slip because both wheels spin all the time, even dry. and if i knew everyone on tr was gonna be in sucha bad mood this morning i wouldnt have posted at all, and yeah teh car ahs no horsepower, its all torque, which is why i can eat up 302's untill 4th gear haha

i find that hard to believe since my girl had an 06 Tibby GT with a CAI and exhaust which is faster then the elantra GT and it was a dog. I think it ran a 15.9 when i took it to bradenton one time.
