On YouTube how come you describe the Si as being fully built?

Type R internals is not fully built or in that case a Type R would be fully built. How can something be "Fully Built" w/ OEM parts. Anyways, a 60 trim on a y8 is stupid, The car would be much faster with a smaller turbo and wouldnt take 3 days to spool. O well what do i know, My car doesnt have a motor
