Theres a guy down here in sarasota that does that while mixing drinks. Its called flair bartending and most people do it just for show.. some people actually pour while the bottle is spinning and flying.

They work for Doug Coughlin and Brian Flanagan at a bar called Cocktails. It was recognized as the greates bar in the country in 1988 and was known to have vistors such as Bryan Brown and Tom Cruise on a regular basis.
