My lap on the Nürburgring Nordschleife
Here's the video of my lap, first time ever with my current setup
Nürburgring Nordschleife BMW 323ti Sport Limited E - Car Videos on StreetFire
I'd be in the 10's I guess, but since I don't, I have to come up with excuses, don't I lol
- I always let faster cars pass....thats a rule and I dont want to piss somebody off because I'm slower lol
- at some part of the tracks, especially Wippermann and Pflanzgarten, I wasn't very comfortable with how the car felt, so I decided to slow it down there a little
- that Alfa Romeo pulled right to let me pass....but I saw the BMW M3 in the rear view mirror, and the upcoming turn was pretty dangerous, so I signalised him to keep on going
- missed to go into second (oh god how embarassing!)
- in the last third of the track my brake fluid started cooking, I had a brutal fade in the pedal
you can "feel" the g-force work because of the camera movement....my co driver had a realy hard time, you can see him struggle to keep the camera in a good position
and I broke something :-/

That looked like fun. You really need to make a camera mount.
Track looks a lot more bumpy than the mountains.

Yes I realy do.
The problem is, that cameras arent allowed during the tourist driving laps, so you have to hide them under the seat until you pass the entry
I'll have to figure something out
yep, from what ive read cameras arent allowed because theyre scared people will push it too far and act stupid because theres a camera. From what ive read, they also dont like people to enter the ring with a stop watch.

hm, I dont know if these are exactly the reasons, but I've seen people beeing pulled out and had to hand the camera over to the marshalls (they get them back of course), so thats why everybody hides them under the seats lol.
Also not sure about the stop watches, they're more inconspicuous than cameras and some cars have on-board stop watches, like the GT-Rs or Porsches with the Chrono-Sport-Package.
besides, alot of people act stupid in any way, even with no camera rofl
Spoiler:
watch the gas filler cap

Them allowing 4 people in one car to run around the course is fucking stupid. They should have more smarts than that.
