if you guys did not realize it. The bugatti was on it's low setting. The wing is all the way up. When the second key is put it it goes full power, lowers the car and wing to make the car very sleek. So the car was only doing about 600hp in this video not the 1001 it makes with both keys.

where did you get that information from?
its delivering 1001 PS all the time (in horsepowers its less!), the only thing that second key does is putting it into Vmax mode, lowering the suspension to 65mm in the front and 70mm in the back, closing the front diffusor covers and lowering the wing until it's set to a 2° angle (same position as if the cooler temperatures reach a certain level).
then there's the Handling mode, Vmax 375 km/h, open front diffusers, suspension set to 80mm front and 95mm back and extended rear wing.....you reach the Handling mode by accelerating over 220km/h.
Until you reach 220 km/h the car is in standard mode, suspension set to 125mm front and back
same amount of power all the time.
