I believe the correct term would be"stock shortblock". Being there are cams in it voids the "longblock" term. I'm going with twin 044 pumps on my build too. Those are nasty little fuggers!

You are the first to mention the word longblock. I said stock block and no headwork (porting, oversized valves, aftermarket springs, etc.) aside from 272 cams.

So you have a stock shortblock thats it. By definition a longblock is comprised of the shortblock, heads and cam(s). Saying stock block leaves it to interpretation. who gives a shit, 1000hp on stock block,pistons and rods. why are u making this such a big deal, or are u mad ur ford motor cant do that.

lol why so much hate? that car is nasty. even IF it was a fully built head, 1000hp on a stock bottom end is crazy. Sounds like a Great tune! Congrats
