And if you can't pull better than a 1.95 60ft, your traps don't count

I love when people estimate what they THINK they would run with traction, going by there trap. Well.... If you get traction, you lose trap, so its not a very scientific way to calulate it. I've seen cars trap 100mph and run 12.8, and I've seen cars trap 104mph and run 14.6 ( me at Orlando spin-world ).

Good luck at the track, hope you fair better axle-wise then I've seen some of the SS/redline cars do. Why don't you guys ever run slicks ? Slicks are more reliable on a SRT4 than street tires ( gets rid of wheel hop issues ). A set of M&H 23.5'' tall slicks would do wonders for you guys.

14.1-14.5 @2991lbs with only 200hp at the crank bone stock!??? I'm with the minority on this one...I don't see a 3,000lb car going 14.1-14.5 in the 1/4 bone stock! I can see DUYBOY going maybe a low 14 with his mods. I hate to be a bench racer so I guess we'll just have to wait and see what he does!

it isn't so much the axles that everyone is having a problem with it is the clutch. they don't make a reliable replacement yet.. they have a couple aftermarket ones that are hit or miss for the time being. and the slicks just eat up their clutch after a pass or two.

The Cobalts are Rated 205 Crank Factory...

Throw a bone stock one on the Dyno it will put down about 195-210 Wheel...

Now.. Maybe a stock cobalt at the same track as the 11.7 Z06 and the 13.0 EVO In which, a stock SRT4 would be in the high 12s at that magical track

Not haten, but mid-low 14s is just slightly optimstic for a TRUELY BONE STOCK SS/redline.
if u dont believe me, my friend has a timeslip to prove it!!!

i got one thing to say. colbalt ss and redlines are slow. s series is where its at.
maybe they're not good enough, depending on weather/humidity/elevation/tires and etc. which that can be determined....

well if u say cobalts/redlines are slow, why dont u go run one???
