i really don't understand what the point of arresting people like you in that kinda situation is, i mean i know street racing is dangerous. but unless someone or something is hurt in the process, is getting arrested equal punishment? it's really hard to judge, but i think the law should be more specific and make different consequences for different situations. in your case being the less serious. it's kinda sad that in the end it really just depends what kinda mood the cop is in at that specific time.
