19in staggered ruff racing rims (nitto 555 tires )

ok i have some chrome staggered 19's
there chrome
the brand is ruff racing
the rims are very nice only want to trade for some
nice black rims with good tires

the tires are front
nitto 555 with almost new thread

rear
kumho estca with new thread also

tire size is 235/35/19

what size are the wheels? (width)
also what offset r they?
